HP acquires Hiflex (bizjournals)
Hewlett-Packard Co. said Tuesday it has acquired Hiflex Software GmbH. The
private, German software technology company specializes in Web-to-print and
management information systems for printing services. It was founded in 1991.
In a press release, HP indicated that Hiflex will enable it to boost
innovation in its imaging and printing divisions, and in its cloud-based
solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. HP maintains operations in
Corvallis and Vancouver, Wash.
