Reebok Full Round Foam Roller (Soft)
What Is it capable of?
Stretching, light self myofascial release (SMR) as well as as a body part support or stretch support in Pilates work outs.
What makes it suitable for this application?
Made from synthetic foam throughout with the non-slip surface which is painless to clean, their close-cell construction permits a grade of ‘give’ despite ensuring that they keep their shape.
What sizes are available?
There are 2 available, both are 150mm diameter and there is a choice of half length (455mm) or full length (900mm).
Escape Full Round Foam Roller (Hard)
What can it be used for?
Ultimate for a very deep massage and SMR and can be used by more skilled clients as a progression from the Reebok soft rollers.
What makes it fitting for this application?
This Foam Roller has a harder construction than regular and is very durable. It will not break down and will hold its form for for a longer time. The polyurethane covering is extremely easy to clean and will stay hygienic through everyday use as it will not take in sweat & dust, making it a excellent selection for the busy PT with many clients.
What size is it?
A half length of 455mm and a diameter of 150mm making it fantastically transportable.
Reebok Half Round Rollers (Soft)
What is it capable of for?
These are great for physiotherapy, pilates, yoga, fitness, rehabilitation, balance and stabilisation training.
What makes them appropriate for this application?
They are designed so they can be used both sides up in order to offer exercise variety and progression. Their construction is the same as the Reebok Full Round Rollers so they will not flatten or distort under extensive use. They can be used in conjunction with resistance bands, medicine balls and vibration exercise equipment.
What sizes are available?
There are two on sale, both are 75mm diameter and there is a choice of half length (455mm) or full length (900mm).
Forming roller derby team?
Ok, well basically me and a couple of my friends were thinking of getting into roller derby (small scale obviously as were all 13 
but were all on rollerblades. At first I thought this wouldn't be a big thing, but I looked into it and apparently it is :/ oops.
So I was thinking of getting skates, but ive heard they're a lot harder/less stable/slower. Also, i love rollerblading as well. Is there a big difference between how you skate on blades or skates?
Oh, and for the record we are kind of just forming a group to practice in at the mo,as obviously were too young to actually compete against real teams. So were not endangering our safety or anything (yet), we are just going to be practicing moves etc, instead of beating the crap out of each other. Unless we get other people our age into it and they form another team, of course

Yes you will want quad skates. Blades are quicker, but quads are more stable which is extremely important when you get hit. If you actually do one day want to play against other people and form an actual league, NO leagues play with roller blades so you should learn how to skate on quads now. Plus, rollerblades boots go up high and for skating around a tight track you'll want a low cut speed boot such as that found in a quad skate.
