How much does professional printing costs?

I am looking at printing flashcards for resale. Obviously, size, quantity, color and paper will effect cost. Definitely color, double sided, card which is thin and firm, with a strong thick card color printed box. How many? After a sample or two, how much for 100, 500, 1000, 5000 sets? Sets will be 50 to 100 double sided cards color A4 cards. A4 mainly, but also considering a8(1/8 of a4 size). Sent emails to two pro printers in delhi but no reply yet. Does Indian time= island time? Funny... They look like they are in a hurry when they are driving.
