I've asked many sign & banner companies, they tend to be $150+ for a 3x10 vinyl banner.

I'm considering doing this :
Buy a cloth for 3x10 or bigger, spray paint it myself after I cut out the stencils, the hard part may be making our own pole pockets.

Anybody suggest what's the best place to buy blank banners? Or banner cloth material that's friendly to spray paint? I plan to spend no more than $40 shipping included.

Paint it by hand or get a spray acrylic {no enamels, etc...} from a craft store or it will wash off.
